My passion for bread goes back to my childhood. I stayed for long moments, glued to the window of the bakery in my neighborhood of Menilmontant, smelling the scents of the bread being baked. I've made a wish hundreds of times: one day, I will have a bakery with good bread, pastries and sandwiches. I realized my dream. In each of my bakeries, I combine bread and cooking to combine seasonal products, our race against time and the pleasure of sharing moments in a warm setting. Bread never ceases to inspire me!
